Specific details regarding the scope of services, pricing, payment terms, and service period will be outlined in your Service Agreement. The Service Agreement, along with these Terms and Conditions, form the complete agreement between you and VSecure.

4. User Responsibilities

4.1 Account Creation

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activities or actions under your account.

4.2 System Usage

You agree to use our security systems and services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for:

  • Properly maintaining all equipment
  • Notifying us of any system issues or malfunctions
  • Ensuring proper use of the system by all authorized users
  • Maintaining accurate emergency contact information

5. Payments and Billing

You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your service plan according to the payment terms specified in your Service Agreement. Failure to make timely payments may result in service suspension or termination.

6. Service Limitations

While we strive to provide reliable security services, we cannot guarantee that our services will:

  • Prevent all security incidents or emergencies
  • Function without interruption or error
  • Detect all potential security threats

Our services are intended to reduce security risks but cannot eliminate them entirely.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our website, mobile application, and services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, are the exclusive property of VSecure or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VSecure shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on our services
  • Any content obtained from our services
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
  • System failures or service interruptions

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless VSecure and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of our services.

10. Term and Termination

The term of your service with VSecure will be specified in your Service Agreement. Either party may terminate the agreement according to the terms specified therein. Upon termination:

  • All rights granted to you under these Terms will cease
  • You must cease all use of our services
  • You remain liable for all fees incurred before termination

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state where our principal place of business is located, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
